Thomas Pritzker , Executive Chairman

Thomas J. Pritzker has been a member of our board of directors since August 2004 and our Executive Chairman since August 2004. Mr. Pritzker served as our Chief Executive Officer from August 2004 to December 2006. Mr. Pritzker was appointed President of Hyatt Corporation in 1980 and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hyatt Corporation from 1999 to December 2006. Mr. Pritzker is Executive Chairman of The Pritzker Organization, LLC (“TPO”), the principal financial and investment advisor to certain Pritzker family business interests. He served as a Director of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. until May 2020, as a Director of TransUnion Corp. until June 2010, and as Chairman of Marmon Holdings, Inc. until March 2014. Mr. Pritzker is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Center for Strategic & International Studies; Director and Vice President of the Pritzker Foundation, a charitable foundation; Director and President of the Pritzker Family Philanthropic Fund, a charitable organization; and Director, Chairman and President of The Hyatt Foundation, a charitable foundation which established The Pritzker Architecture Prize.

Mark Hoplamazian, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mark S. Hoplamazian was appointed to Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s board of directors in November 2006 and subsequently named president and chief executive officer in December 2006. Prior to his current position, Hoplamazian served as president of The Pritzker Organization (TPO), the principal financial and investment advisor for Pritzker family business interests. During his 17-year tenure with TPO, he served as advisor to various Pritzker family-owned companies, including Hyatt Hotels Corporation and its predecessors. Hoplamazian previously worked in international mergers and acquisitions at The First Boston Corporation in New York. He serves on the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA) board of directors, the VF Corporation board of directors, the executive committee of the board of directors of World Business Chicago, and the Aspen Institute board of trustees as vice chairman. Hoplamazian is a member of the World Travel & Tourism Council and the Commercial Club of Chicago. He is also a member of the Discovery Class of the Henry Crown Fellowship.

Joan Bottarini, EVP & Chief Financial Officer

Joan Bottarini is Hyatt’s Chief Financial Officer and responsible for helping to develop and lead Hyatt’s transformation, uniquely positioning the organization for optimal long-term performance and stakeholder value creation. Since November 2018, she has led Hyatt’s global finance function, including financial reporting, planning, treasury, tax, investor relations, internal audit, asset management and procurement. Bottarini is also the Executive Sponsor of the Hyatt HyPride Diversity Business Resource Group. During Bottarini’s 22-year Hyatt tenure, she has served as the company’s Senior Vice President, Finance, Americas; Vice President, Hotel Finance, Asia Pacific (Hong Kong); and Vice President, Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to joining Hyatt, Bottarini served as an Assurance Manager at KPMG LLP. Bottarini is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and serves as co-chair on the Dean’s Board of Executive Advisors. She also serves as a co-chair of the No Room for Trafficking Council of the American Hotel and Lodging Association Foundation and as an advisory board member of Salt and Light Coalition in Chicago.

Margaret Egan, EVP General Counsel & Secretary

Margaret C. Egan was appointed as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in January 2018. Ms. Egan is responsible for Hyatt’s global legal and corporate services. Ms. Egan served as interim General Counsel and Secretary of the Company from October 2017 to January 2018 and previously served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Hyatt from March 2013 to January 2018 overseeing the Company’s legal global transactions teams. From October 2003 to March 2013, Ms. Egan held a series of increasingly responsible positions at Hyatt. Prior to entering the hospitality industry, Ms. Egan practiced law in the litigation practice group of DL A Piper in Chicago, Illinois from 1996 to 2000 and again from 2002 to 2003 and also held a position as Attorney Advisor with the United States Department of Justice in London, United Kingdom from January 2001 to January 2002.

Mark Vondrasek, EVP & Chief Commercial Officer

Appointed as Hyatt's Chief Commercial Officer in March 2018, Mark Vondrasek leads Hyatt's ecosystem of revenue-generating and guest-experience functions. His Commercial Services team unites global sales, revenue management, distribution strategy, corporate marketing, brands, loyalty, communications, digital, consumer insights and analytics, IT, as well as global property and guest services – touching each stage of our guests’ and customers’ journey.

Vondrasek joined Hyatt as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Loyalty & New Business Platforms in September 2017. Prior to Hyatt, Vondrasek spent 15 years at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, where he served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Services.

Before entering the hospitality industry, Vondrasek spent 10 years in financial services, overseeing operational teams at Fidelity Investments and Kemper Financial Services.

Noah Hoppe, SVP, Investor Relations and FP&A

Noah Hoppe is the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Global FP&A at Hyatt Hotels where he oversees global financial forecasting, long range planning, financial analysis, and the investor relations program. Mr. Hoppe has spent his career at Hyatt, which started in hotel operations and has spanned a variety of roles and geographies with a focus on operational analytics, financial modeling, asset management, and strategy.

Rodrigo Llaguno, Group President, Unlimited Vacation Club

As Group President, Unlimited Vacation Club, Rodrigo Llaguno is responsible for overseeing all operations of Unlimited Vacation Club (UVC), the exclusive travel and loyalty club of Hyatt Inclusive Co llection resorts. With UVC expanding into Europe, Rodrigo has also taken on an important leadership role in developing and implementing the European strategy. Rodrigo joined the company in 2020 with 20 years of experience in leadership positions across Latin America - based companies of varying sizes. He is based in Miami with his family and works out of the ALG Brickell Miami office.

Ray Snisky, Group President, ALG Vacations

With over 30 years of experience in leisure tour operations and hotel management, Ray Snisky leads the ALG Distribution division and is a member of the ALG Executive Committee. Snisky is responsible for all aspects of the Distribution business including ALG Vacations, Amstar DMC, and Trisept Solutions businesses. Prior to the merger wi th ALG in 2018, Snisky was responsible for strategic development to grow La Macchia Enterprises’ travel business, both domestically and internationally, and was part of the company’s Board of Directors. During his career he has served on several destinatio n and supplier advisory boards.
